Not happy with our makeup products? We’ve got you covered! We’ll issue a full refund* or exchange your order for something of equal value that might suit you better. No need to return the item! We just ask that you share your reasons and, if possible, provide photos or videos to help us understand the issue. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our products!
*Terms and Conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your product. Any requests beyond this period will not be eligible for a refund under this policy.
- This policy is limited to our makeup products. Accessories and tools are excluded from this offer.
- The offer does not apply to bundles or multi-packs.
- We want you to try our makeup without any hesitation! That's why this is a one-time offer for new customers trying our products for the first time. It cannot be used for repeat orders of the same product.
- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 7 days once your refund is approved by our Customer Service Team.
- If a discount or promotion was used during your purchase, your refund will be based on the discounted amount, not the original price.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable due to third-party distribution partnerships.
- If your refund lowers your order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- Free gifts or promotional items are not covered under this policy.
- Any misuse or abuse of this policy will result in forfeiture of the refund eligibility.
- For non-makeup products, our standard return policy applies.
Return Period:
We offer a 30-day return period, during which you can return your purchase without needing to provide a reason. This period begins on the day you receive your package. Please ensure the return shipment is sent back to us within these 14 days.
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with tags still attached, ready for resale. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Important Notes:
- Sale Items: Refunds are not available for items purchased on sale. You can exchange these items for something else from our collection or receive store credit instead.
- 1+1 Deals: If you wish to return items from a 1+1 deal, both products must be returned together. We cannot offer refunds or store credit if only one item is returned. However, you can exchange any of the items for a different size or color. If you only need to exchange one, simply return the one you’d like to exchange while keeping the other.
Wholesale:
If you place multiple consecutive orders with a value of more than USD 500, we consider you a wholesaler. In this case, there is no money-back guarantee and their is no refund policy. As a business/wholesale, you are 100% responsible for shipping.
Return Costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the courier and the country you're returning from.
Return Processing Time:
If you choose to exchange an item when registering your return, we’ll begin processing it right away to complete the exchange as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we aim to process it within 10 business days. You can track your return with the provided tracking number. Once processed, you’ll receive confirmation, and refunds may take up to 3 days to appear in your bank account.

Wholesale Policy
To protect our brand and ensure fair business operations, VIMA Cosmetics applies the following wholesale rules:
Any business/wholesaler who places one or more orders totalling over USD 500 within the same week is automatically classified as a wholesale buyer (B2B purchase). This includes:
✨ A single order above USD 500
✨ Multiple smaller orders placed within the same week that together exceed USD 500
✨ Any business/wholesaler who has contacted us by email requesting wholesale pricing, bulk orders, or resale approval
Once classified as a wholesale buyer, the following strict conditions apply:
1. No Returns
Wholesale and B2B purchases are final. Products cannot be returned under any circumstances. This includes cases of dissatisfaction, change of mind, or unsold inventory.
2. No Money-Back Guarantee
Wholesale orders do not qualify for any money-back guarantee. This includes dissatisfaction with product performance, color, texture, packaging, or any subjective reason.
3. No Refunds
Refunds are not available for wholesale orders. This applies even if the buyer decides not to sell the products, is unhappy with the results, or experiences issues unrelated to manufacturing.
4. Buyer Is Fully Responsible for Shipping
Wholesale buyers are 100% responsible for the shipping process.
If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, stuck at customs, or returned due to incorrect shipping information, VIMA Cosmetics is not liable, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
5. Shipping Issues Do Not Qualify for Refunds

None of these situations qualify for a refund or return.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order over USD 500, placing multiple orders that together exceed USD 500 within one week, or contacting us for wholesale inquiries, the buyer fully accepts and agrees to this Wholesale Policy.
